Qualifications:
- Experience in early childhood education or childcare required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of child development and classroom management
- Must be lead teacher qualified
Lead Infant Room Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Lead the infant classroom and implement developmentally appropriate routines and activities
- Provide responsive, individualized care that supports each infant’s physical, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Maintain a safe, clean, and soothing classroom environment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication
- Support infants’ emerging skills, including sensory exploration, early language, and motor development
Qualifications:
- Experience in early childhood education or infant care required
- Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of infant development, safety practices, and responsive caregiving
- Must be lead teacher qualified
